Here we look at more options of the clubs working together to form a strong bond.

Given the new age of the Rotaract club their funding may be limited.

To this end, they may want to come to district conference and seek to pay part and  may request their sponsoring club(s) for the remainder or assistance with a fundraiser to make up for the remaining funds needed.

Another option may be where a Rotaractor with superior computer knowledge may be able to help a sage Rotarian not as well versed in that arena of knowledge.

The ultimate goal is to set up the students and young professionals for success as much as possible and any way you the Rotarians can do that will certainly be appreciated. 

And who knows maybe you might just find a potential employee or future Rotarian for your club in these new Rotaractors who like you seek to change the world for the better.
