Guidance

For this purpose, we look at Rotaractors learning from the wisdom of their Rotarian elders.

This could be in the form of a mentoring event where:

• The Rotaract club would find a suitable location and purchase some appetizers for the event.
• They would then be matched with a Rotarian in their field of study or career who they can then speak with and learn from.

It may be on a smaller scale where the current president or treasurer are invited to learn about their counterpart’s role in the Rotary club and see the similarities and differences then learn from that.

It could also be helping introduce them to various events the Rotary club puts on or programs Rotary International has like the Peace Fellows program.
